Our Story
Founded in 1995 by Mr. Gopal Singh, GBD Realty was established with a singular, enduring vision: to create homes that families would cherish for generations. What began as a focused enterprise in the heart of Mumbai has evolved into one of the city’s most respected names in premium residential development.
Guided by the early leadership of Mr. Bajrang Singh and further strengthened by Mr. Dhananjay Singh, the group represents three decades of excellence. Our journey is defined by perseverance, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Founder
With 30+ years of industry expertise, Mr. Gopal Singh established GBD Realty in 1995, scaling the firm from a single project in Parel to a prestigious Mumbai-wide portfolio. Recognized as a Real Estate Visionary by Forbes Founder Magazine (August 2025), he leads the group’s strategic direction and sustainable planning. Beyond real estate, he spearheads philanthropic initiatives through the Gopal Das Trust, Shree Ram Seva Foundation, GRT Infrabuild, and the Thakur NGO Group.
Mr. Bajrang Singh
Director
Mr. Bajrang Singh integrates 25 years of business strategy with an international perspective. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science and a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain & Logistics from Newcastle University (UK), following a tenure as a Business Analyst at Smithline Real Estate in London. He currently oversees design innovation, financial planning, and business development for GBD’s diversified interests, including GBD Infra, GBD Hospitality, and GBD Farms.
Mr. Dhananjay Singh
Director
Drawing on 15+ years in real estate, Mr. Dhananjay Singh leads the group’s technological and data-driven evolution. He holds a Master’s in Data Science (Risk Management & Logistics) and previously served as a Business Analyst at Brookfield Real Estate, Bengaluru. He is the architect of GBD’s expansion into Varanasi, Ayodhya, and emerging Indian markets, focusing on integrating data insights with sustainable development practices.
